The Mobile Health Care Service (MHCS) currently operates across 34 barangays, with services reaching 18 barangays in Mondragon and 16 in San Roque. This extensive coverage ensures that healthcare services are accessible to older persons who may not have easy access to traditional healthcare facilities.

400+ Older People Organizations Established
COSE has organized over 400 Older People Organizations (OPOs) in 17 provinces, promoting a national movement of older persons. Through these OPOs, older individuals engage in community and policy advocacy, enhancing their rights and social inclusion. The organizing process includes social preparation and leadership development.
